Solobung Yubin

Solobung YubĂșn, in Mongol myth is the morning star of great personage and is the son of Esege Malan, the Creator over all. According to the religious beliefs of the Buriats, Solobong Yubin is a benevolent, rewarding deity that if properly propitiated will grant the increase of cattle and increase the prosperity of agriculture and the yield of harvests. But the offerings to him must commence immediately at the dawn of day, and the dance in his honor must continue from sunset till daybreak.
