Solarbenite

Solarbenite is the fictional ultimate weapon from Ed Wood's Plan 9 from Outer Space. While Solarmanite is the more common spelling, Solarbenite is the correct spelling (at least according to a chapter name on an early DVD release of Plan 9).
Solarbenite is the final and inevitable step in man's development of explosives. With the order being, in the words of Eros (the alien who came to warn Earth): "First was your firecracker, a harmless explosive. Then your hand grenade you began to kill your people a few at a time. Then the bomb, then a larger bomb, many of your people are killed at one time. Then your scientists stumbled upon the atom bomb, split the atom. Then the hydrogen bomb where you actually explode the air itself."
The Solarbenite was the only explosion left, which would explode the "particles of sunlight". A Solarbenite detonation causes a massive chain reaction by spreading from the Earth to the Sun and then via the Sun's rays to the rest of the universe.
Ed Wood's wife, Kathy, coined the name.
