The Sol Association (Spanish: Asociación Sol) is a Nicaraguan political organisation founded in 1996 in Managua, under the figure of a popular subscription association. The Sol (sun) Association participated in the 1996 municipal elections with Herty Lewites as the candidate for mayor of Managua. Lewites came in fourth with about 12% of the valid votes.
