Soggy biscuit or limp biscuit is a male masturbation game reportedly played in British public schools (especially all-boys schools) and other male-dominated environments. Stories of the game circulate as urban legends; in the most popular account of the game, players stand around a biscuit masturbating until ejaculating onto it. The last person to do so "loses", and must eat the biscuit. Another account of the game involves the players masturbating one at a time - the first to not ejaculate within two minutes is deemed the loser and has to eat the biscuit.

Although the origins of the term "soggy" or "limp biscuit" are unclear, they probably came from the state of the biscuit have ejaculation, ie. soggy. It is thought to have originated in Australia sometime in the 1960s [1], and is now a widely known concept, at least in the United Kingdom and parts of the Commonwealth.[2] The descriptive term "soggy biscuit" or "biscuit game" may be employed as a euphemism for an embarrassing activity. Although "soggy biscuit" is not necessarily associated with homosexuality, since the game does not require mutual masturbation or other contact, the idea and practice of the game is in keeping with the spirit of adolescent sexual exploration associated by many in the UK with public schools (UK) or private schools (Aus)[3].

The terms "soggy biscuit" and "biscuit game" may be broadly interchangeable with other, similar concepts elsewhere in the world, such as "circle jerk"[citation needed], "Soggy Sao" (Sao being a brand of a very well known dry biscuit in Australia), "Soggy cracker"[citation needed], "Soggy waffles"[citation needed], "Toast"[citation needed], "Icky Biccy"[citation needed] or "Ookie cookie"[citation needed]. In the South of England it has been called "Come on a Biscuit", this creates the same meaning as soggy biscuit. The concept is also known in South African boarding schools and is called "Bingo". The game is also known in Finland as "runkkupulla" (lit. jerk pastry), in Sweden as "runkbulle" (lit. jerk bun) or sometimes "spermabulle" (lit. sperm bun), and in Norway as "sistemann på kjeksen" (lit. "last man on the cracker") and in Germany as Kekswichsen (biscuit wanking) but it is generally considered to be fictional, i.e. no one has ever really claimed to have played it, yet everyone seems to know how the game is played.[citation needed] Although the terminology may differ slightly, the notability of the game is such that variations on the theme are referred to in popular culture, examples including Stephen Fry's The Liar, the German movie Crazy, Richard Curtis and Ben Elton's Blackadder and Skinless's song "Scum Cookie".
