The Social Democratic Party (Portuguese: Partido Social Democrático) is a political party in Cape Verde.

In the legislative election held on 14 January 2001, the PSD won 0.45% of the popular vote but failed to gain representation in the National Assembly.

In the last legislative election, held on 22 January 2006, the party won 0.41% of the popular vote but again failed to gain representation in the National Assembly.
