Sobrino de Botin

Sobrino de Botin (Calle de Cuchilleros 17, Madrid, Spain) is a restaurant established in 1725 and listed by the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest eatery currently in existence.

The Sobrino and its specialty of roast suckling pig were mentioned in the closing pages of Ernest Hemmingway's novel, The Sun Also Rises.
