Soběbor

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Soběbor (c. 950) was the brother of Saint Adalbert of Prague and a friend of Polish king, Boleslaus the Brave. He was equally powerful as the Premyslid dynasty in his time, for example, he was able to mint his own money. When he was in Germany, the Premyslids massacred his family. Then Soběbor went to Boleslav the Brave, to obtain sanctuary in Poland. He died when the Bohemians captured Prague again.
