Lynn and her sister Sue are computer hackers who are using a secret satellite technology their late father left them. They are paid to assassinate a chairman at a top Chinese company. The plan then unravels with a cunning Police Detective (Hong Yat Kong) on their trail who is in pursuit of the sisters as they become targets of the very people who originally hired them. These people eventually kill Lynn in a shootout and attempt to frame the detective, but not before Lynn helps her sister escape from the police. The detective eventually comes to befriend Sue and teams up with her to catch Lynn's killers.
