SNRI
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In pharmacology, SNRI means:
- Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, a medication which selectively inhibit the reuptake of both serotonin and norepinephrine, and which is mainly used as an antidepressant.
The abbreviation is also – but falsely(!) – used for:
- Selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, which selectively inhibit the reuptake of norepinephrine.
In the Japanese anime, SNRI also means: SNRI (Strategic Naval Research Institute) of the Gundam Universal Century timeline.
