WarioWare: Smooth Moves (Odoru! Made in Wario in Japan) is the latest in the WarioWare series of games, coming out for the Wii. It was first revealed in May 2006, via a TIME magazine article.[2] The game was shown in video form at Nintendo's 2006 Pre-E3 Press Conference, and playable in a demo at Nintendo's E3 booth that year, as well as at the 2006 Nintendo Fusion Tour. It is also worth noting that Smooth Moves is the first Wario Ware game to feature fully 3D graphics that are rendered to appear 2D.

The hack sheet, obtainable through the Wii Press site[3], gives a story.
| While wandering around his home of Diamond City, Wario accidentally stumbles into an old building called the Temple of Form. Inside, he finds a mystical treasure called the Form Baton. There are many ways to hold and move the baton (called "forms"), and legend has it that if the holder follows the forms, he can overcome any challenge. With this discovery, the form craze spreads through Diamond City, and soon everybody is doing their best to master the moves. |

Sticking to the traditional WarioWare style of play, players can use 15 unique applications of the Wii Remote to chop barrels, turn levers, run races and more. The many orientations that one can hold the Wii remote will be in the gameplay, making it more difficult than ever before. Games include turning the Wii remote on its side and pumping it up and down to inflate a balloon, swinging it in your arms to make a man run in a race, making a slashing motion to cut a barrel, turning it on its side and turn it in circles to turn a crank and placing it on the hips and wiggle to make a character use a hula-hoop.[4]

- Diner - Hold the Wii remote in one hand and the Nunchuck controller in the other (the only form that uses the Nunchuck controller)
- Discard - Wii remote flat on a surface, face down. Hand hovering above, ready to pick it up
- Dumbbell - Wii remote parallel to screen, buttons facing upward, holding remote with one hand, fingers curled from beneath, like a dumbbell
- Elephant - Hold the Wii remote with both hands, with the bottom of the controller pressed against your nose
- Finger Food - Wii remote pointed toward screen, buttons facing left, grapsing remote by the end with thumb and forefinger
- Handlebar - Wii remote parallel to screen, buttons facing upward, holding remote with both hands by both ends
- Mohawk - Wii remote pointed toward screen, buttons facing upward, holding remote with both hands above player's head
- Remote Control - Wii remote pointed toward screen, buttons facing upward, holding remote with one hand in "normal" remote control fashion
- Samurai - Wii remote pointed away from screen, held with one hand across the body near the hips, similar to drawing a sword from a sheath
- Sketch Artist - Wii remote pointed toward screen, buttons facing upward, holding remote between thumb and forefinger, similar to holding a pencil or dart
- Umbrella - Wii remote pointed upward, buttons facing player, thumb over bottons with fingers curled around back, like holding an umbrella handle
- Waiter - Wii remote pointed toward screen, buttons facing upward, balancing remote on flat, open palm
- Thumb Wrestler - Held vertically, with one hand wrapped around the centre of the Wii Remote, and the thumb on top
- Tug 'o' War - Hold the Wii remote vertically, with two hands

It is unknown what their game types will be. While no information has been reported about them, artwork of Wario, Mona, and Ashley has been released. While artwork of 9-Volt has yet to be released, Goro Abe has confirmed that 9-Volt will host his usual set of Classic Nintendo themed micro-games.[5] Nintendo has said that about 200 microgames will be included in the final game.[1]. According to the Nintendo Press Site, which is only available to the public by hacking[3], the game will use the Mii Channel greatly.
