The phrase has since taken on an independent life. It is occasionally used by live performers as part of a repartee bidding goodnight to an audience or introducing the last or next to last song of the night.

Is there any evidence that the phrase was, in fact, brought to prominence since this album? I've been hearing it since, I thought, long before 1990...but I'm willing to be corrected.--Bltpdx 00:08, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
