Smiley Bolger is a famous music promoter from Dublin, Ireland. He made his name when he played in the Irish Skid Row in the 1960s along with future members of Thin Lizzy, including Phil Lynott, and Brush Shiels.

Bolger is also the creator and organiser of the annual Vibe for Philo events held in Ireland every January 4th.
