It's not Spam - it's a valid listing of a meaning for SMART. Under your definition, should we remove the listing for Amazon or Ebay?

No, there's not; just my gut feeling that this should not be here. If you truly think that S.M.A.R.T. is notable, you should create a real page, instead of an external link.
