Smart Village is a 600-acres ICT (Information & Communication Technology) Business-Park project in Egypt. It is located in Cairo metropolitan area, 20 minutes from downtown Cairo.

The Smart Village allocates 10% to Buildings and 90% to landscaping. It is currently in progress, and when completed, will house 36,000 employees on 67 Office Buildings. Companies have the option to rent, buy offices, or buy land; however, all buildings must comply with a specific architectural style code.
