The logo has been uploaded for the following purposes allowed under Fair Use:

To identify SmartTag in the article Smart Tag and related articles about facilities that use this logo and/or system (this is an intended purpose of the logo so does not warrant a breach).
Only for purposes of identification, in a neutral context.

The logo is derived from the logo graphic posted at the official Smart Tag website. The only modifications applied to it were cropping from the original graphic and conversion to the PNG format. As per guidelines, this qualifies the image as one usable under fair use.
