Sly Fox Brewery was founded by the Giannopoulos family and opened the doors at it's Phoenixville, PA location on December 20, 1995. The name of the establishment came out of a family meeting from the tradition of fox hunting in the Chester County area, where the first Sly Fox location resides.
Sly Fox opened a second location in November 2004 in Royersford, PA, right off of Route 422, northwest of Philadelphia, PA.
They now offer a variety of their beers in 750ml bottles and 6-packs of cans, as well as the traditional take-home growler.
