Slingers (food)

Slingers are a delicacy in St. Louis, Missouri, served in select establishments such as the Courtesy Diner, Eat-Rite, O. T. Hodges, and Tiffany's Diner. A slinger consists of any style eggs, hashbrowns, onions and any meat of your choice, entirely drenched in chili. Slingers are also sometimes topped with shredded Cheddar cheese or slices of American cheese.
