Sligo Yacht Club

The Sligo Yacht Club is located at Rosses Point, County Sligo, Republic of Ireland. It has been located at its present site since 1973, and is currently undergoing significant development in preparation for the 2006 GP14 World Championships. The new clubhouse will be the most modern on the island of Ireland for the coming years[citation needed]. Set in some of the best sailing grounds on the British Isles, this club has great potential and is only in its infant years[citation needed].
