Malcolm will stay at Stevie's House for the night but has to suffer from the very strict parental monitoring Stevie undergoes permanently. He decides to sneak out of the house and take Stevie along into the arcade, but Stevie's wheelchair gets stolen there. Reese on the other hand wants to watch a horror movie in the night but he can't bring Lois to allow him that. But she gives him a chance that is if he can bring Dewey into bed.

At the same time Francis directs the wrath of a voodo-like cult led by older students upon him. They want to teach him fear and torture him with several methods, but Francis is used to far more severe treatment being raised by Lois. The Cult adapts Lois' methods to treat new students with it.

Meanwhile Malcolm and Stevie were able to get the wheelchair back from some street punks, but Stevie's Mother already had the whole neighborhood and the police waken up. Last but not least Reese has been tired out by Dewey who is now watching the movie instead of him.
