FK Slavija (Serbian: Фудбалски Клуб Славија / Fudbalski Klub Slavija) is a football club from the town Istočno Sarajevo, in Republika Srpska, Bosnia-Herzegovina. FK Slavija is a member of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina and it is active in the Bosnian Premier League. Their home stadium is Gradski SRC Slavija Stadium.

The club was founded in 1908. and it was the best Bosnian club with SAŠK between the two world wars. These two clubs were the only ones who played on national level in Yugoslav league before the World War II. At the time, it was considered to be dominantly the club of Bosnian Serbs, just as SAŠK was dominantly club of Bosnian Croats, Đerzelez dominantly club of Bosnian Muslims, Barkohba dominantly club of Bosnian Jews, while other clubs where generally opened for everyone. After the World War II, authorities banned the club.

After the break-up of Yugoslavia, Slavija was formed again. Since 2004/2005 season, Slavija is a member of Bosnian Premier League.
