Yes, I do. Where he has created user pages to add clearly inappropriate barnstars (tireless contributor to an account that has only two edits), I've been tagging those newly-created pages with speedy delete notices along the lines of:
{{db|vandalism from [[User:SkyBoxx]] who is on a spree; this user has only two edits, clearly inappropriate barnstar}}. Apparently SkyBoxx is trying to create such a bad reputation that he will not be allowed to return. A very poor way, IMO, to enforce a self-ban. Either that, or his password has been compromised. Okay, I've gone through all of the "Tireless Contributor Barnstars" he gave out. If the user's list of contributions scrolled off the screen then I didn't stop to count. I assumed the contributor may be worthy of the award and moved on. If there were less than 20 edits by the user, I tagged the inappropriate page creation as vandalism.
