Skyline is a city in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, United States. It is completely encompassed by the city of Mankato, Minnesota. The population was 330 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.5 km² (0.2 mi²), all land. Its elevation is 980 feet above sea-level.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 330 people, 124 households, and 105 families residing in the city. The population density was 670.6/km² (1,752.5/mi²). There were 125 housing units at an average density of 254.0/km² (663.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.58% White, 0.91% Native American, 1.21% Asian, and 0.30% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.30% of the population.
There were 124 households out of which 32.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 82.3% were married couples living together, 2.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 15.3% were non-families. 14.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.63 and the average family size was 2.90.
In the city the population was spread out with 24.5% under the age of 18, 4.8% from 18 to 24, 23.0% from 25 to 44, 27.6% from 45 to 64, and 20.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 93.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.0 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $59,583, and the median income for a family was $64,063. Males had a median income of $45,625 versus $30,972 for females. The per capita income for the city was $25,778. None of the families and 0.3% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
