Skrawl is the villain from Nickelodeon animated television series ChalkZone. In all of his appearances, his schemes involves of taking over ChalkZone. Skrawl was voiced by Jim Cummings.

Skrawl first appeared in a self-titled episode at the end of the show's first season. He built up an art museum dedicated to Rudy in order to lure the artist into his trap. After Rudy was misled into placing his Magic Chalk in an airtight glass, Skrawl revealed himself to Rudy and all of the Zoners, and then signalled for his cronies, the Beanie Boys, a pack of moronic singing henchmen wearing propeller beanies, to pick up the building and drop it into the Wait 'N Sea. During the course of this, Skrawl revealed his back-story. Rudy was trying to draw a chalk drawing at a party, but had so much difficulty with it that he wound up getting some help in what resulted in Skrawl. Although several kids had contributed parts to his design, Skrawl blames Rudy for making him the hideous-looking thing that he is. Despite Skrawl's attempt at getting away in a rocket ship (which Rudy had designed) as the Beanie Boys dropped the building, Rudy was able to outwit him and escape.

Skrawl claimed that Rudy hadn't seen the last of him, and he was right. In his second appearance, "Chalk Queen", he stole some Magic Chalk from the Magic Chalk Mine, and then kidnapped Penny Sanchez shortly after she had an argument she had with Rudy (because he was supposed to draw illustrations for a report of hers). Skrawl made a deal with her - if she helped him take over ChalkZone, he'd help her get back at Rudy. Penny agreed, but after luring Rudy to the hideout, she revealed to Skrawl that she had tricked him, and then helped Rudy and Snap defeat Skrawl. By the end of that episode, Skrawl was being attacked by his vicious chalkdog, Fido.

He next appeared in the three-minute Snap short "Beanie Boys To Men", where Snap sent Spy Fly to investigate Skrawl's Beanie Boy training camp. Here, it's revealed that there are about as many as 30 Beanie Boys, all of which have no real differences. The Beanie Boys are known sing their objectives in annoying tunes as they perform them. After learning that Snap was the one who trespasses him property, Skrawl and the Beanie Boys keeps chasing him from the backyard.

In the half-hour episode "Double Trouble", Skrawl worked with Craniac 4 to create a robotic look-alike of Rudy with which to destroy the Magic Chalk Mine, using a destructive and yet willing-to-help robot that Rudy and Penny wound up erasing. But in the end, Rudy and Snap managed to outsmart the robot, and Penny took control of the robot, turning it against Skrawl and Craniac 4.

Most recently, in "Skrawl's Brain", Skrawl attempted again to take over Chalkzone by using magic chalk to draw a giant brain, and uses it to hypnotize people. Unfortunately, the brain turned against him and began hypnotizing everyone into thinking that they are chickens.
