Skodje is a municipality in the county of Møre og Romsdal, Norway.
It borders Haram and Vestnes to the north, Ørskog to the east, and the city of Ålesund to the west. Across the Storfjorden to the south is the municipality of Sykkylven. Skodje mostly has agriculture and foresting, but there is also industry, lumber, and furniture-industry located there. Some relocated from Ålesund. The roads of E 39 and E 136 runs through the kommune of Skodje. Skodje has a young population, where 60% of the people are under the age of 40.
