Skeeter (cartoon character)

Skeeter is a character on the animated television series Muppet Babies. She was added so Piggy wouldn't be the only girl in the cast.^{[citation needed]} She is the twin sister of Scooter, who she likes to tease sometimes. Unlike Piggy, who is ultra-feminine, Skeeter is more of a tomboy and is interested sports and athletic activities. She was voiced by Howie Mandel and then later Frank Welker. The Muppet staff always says she didn't go into show-biz like her brother or her friends, and went to be an explorer in South America, thus was never heard from again.^{[citation needed]}
