Skacore is a subgenre of ska punk, blending 1970's 2 Tone ska revival music with hardcore punk. Skacore was popularized by bands like The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Choking Victim, Leftöver Crack, The Suicide Machines, Operation Ivy, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Against All Authority, The Flaming Tsunamis, The Sticky Bandits, The Malchiks, and A Billion Ernies..
