This article has been automatically assessed as Stub-Class by WikiProject Physics because it uses a stub template.
  • If you agree with the assessment, please remove {{Physics}}'s auto=yes parameter from this talk page.
  • If you disagree with the assessment, please change it by editing the class parameter of the {{Physics}} template, removing {{Physics}}'s auto=yes parameter from this talk page, and removing the stub template from the article.

As it now stands, this article's title is meaningless. And the content of the article itself is not written in an encylopedic manner. It also needs wikifying and cleanup. Zoe 08:22, August 18, 2005 (UTC)

Well, yes, but the title 'the relationship between the size of transistors or integrated circuits and heatdissipation' seems a bit large. I suggest adding that it is a stub, and let it improve in time.

[edit] merge

I'm recommending a merge with Thermal management of electronic devices and systems. This seems like a useful subtopic, but as the naming difficulty suggests, not a good article subject. --Bmk 16:10, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
