Sister Pete aka Peter Marie Reimondo is a Nun on the HBO drama Oz played by Rita Moreno who serves as the prison's lead drug counselor and psychiatrist. As a staff member, she is opposed to the death penalty, supports much of Tim McManus' ideology, and cares to help the inmates become better people. Throughout the series, she remains as one of the only truly good characters on Oz because of this. She also is involved in several issues throughout the show involving Tobias Beecher, Chris Keller, Dr. Nathan, Kareem Said, and Vern Schillinger whom she grows to despise.
