Sir William Arbuthnot, 2nd Baronet

Sir William Reierson Arbuthnot, 2nd Baronet (b. 2 September 1950) is a British baronet.
Arbuthnot is the eldest son of Sir John Arbuthnot, 1st Baronet and his wife Jean and inherited his father's baronetcy in 1992. He was educated at Eton College and The College of Law and worked in banking with Arbuthnot Latham 1970-76, law with Joynson-Hicks & Co 1978-81, a director of ALM Ltd 1997-2005 and has been deputy-chairman of High Premium Group since 1994 and an underwriter of Lloyd's of London since 1972. He has Parkinson's disease and is an active member of Families Need Fathers. He runs the website and collates the genealogy of the Arbuthnott Family Association. He has been a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Grocers since 1981.
The heir presumptive to the baronetcy is his younger brother Rt. Hon. James Norwich Arbuthnot, MP.
