Sinhalaye Mahasammatha Bhoomiputhra Pakshaya (Sinhala Sons of the Soil Party), a minor Sinhala Buddhist chauvinist political party in Sri Lanka. SMBP is led by Dr. Harischandra Wijetunga.

In the 1994 presidential elections Wijetunga stood as the SMBP candidate. He polled 32 651 votes (0.43%).

For some time SMBP was a member of the United National Front, but left it just ahead of the 2001 elections.
