Singapore (SIN) has sent athletes to most Summer Olympic Games held since 1948. The only exceptions are those of 1964, when the country was part of Malaysia, and 1980, when the country participated in a large Olympic boycott. Only once has the country won an Olympic medal: Tan Howe Liang, who won a silver medal in lightweight weightlifting in 1960. No athletes from Singapore have competed in any Winter Olympic Games.
