Coordinates: 1°19′33″N, 103°47′59″E The Singapore Institute of Management (Abbreviation: SIM; Chinese: 新加坡管理学院) is a tertiary institution in Singapore specialising in executive education courses as well as those catered for general education in business and human resource management. A private, not-for-profit organization with a base of close to 19,000 corporate and individual members, it was formed on 27 November 1964 from the Management Development Unit of the Economic Development Board.

In January 2005, the Ministry of Education granted SIM the approval to form SIM University as a separately governed and managed institution, taking over the SIM-OUC's students and programmes.
