Sing Tao News Corporation Limited (Traditional Chinese: 星島新聞集團有限公司) SEHK: 1105 is a Hong Kong listed company. It is mainly focused on the business of Media Ownership & Services, Human Capital Management, as well as Broadband Content & Distribution. It was formerly called Global China Group Holdings Limited (泛華集團控股有限公司). [1]

The Group is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1105). As of December 16, 2005, its market capitalization was HK$ 632.9 million. The group was formerly known as Global China Group Holdings Limited until September 18, 2002, as Global China Technology Group Limited until August 27, 2002, and as Perfect Treasure Holdings Limited until July 24, 2000.

The Group's founder and chairman is Ho Tsu Kwok, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
