Where does the 8 come from? Working from the definition on the page for Azuma's inequality, it seems like it should be ![\Pr[X_N > X_0+t] \leq \exp\left( \frac{-t^2}{2N}\right)](../../../math/a/0/a/a0ad6e3755be448a700e13ffcad43a30.png)
