Simple Lunisolar Calendar Leap Years

Here are the leap years of The Simple Lunisolar Calendar for the years 2001 - 2210. This calendar uses the 22097 leap years (742097 months) per 60000 year cycle and uses the Gregorian calendar to synchronize with the vernal equinox. Each year starts from December 3 - January 1 of the Gregorian calendar. Because this calendar doesn't use the 19-year Metonic cycle and also the leap years aren't uniformly spread, the difference between a leap year and the 7th leap year after it is 18, 19 or 20 years:
