Simone Osygus (born September 30, 1968 in Wuppertal) is a former freestyle swimmer from Germany, who twice won a bronze medal at the Summer Olympics.

She first did so at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, alongside Franziska van Almsick, Daniela Hunger and Manuela Stellmach, in the 4x100 metres Freestyle Relay. In the same event Osygus once again won bronze at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, with Van Almsick, Sandra Völker and Antje Buschschulte.
