Simon Gamache

Simon Gamache (Born January 3, 1981 in Thetford Mines, Quebec) is a professional ice hockey player. After a junior career spent with the Val-d'Or Foreurs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in which he won multiple awards including the Ed Chynoweth Trophy, Jean Béliveau Trophy, CHL Player of the Year, Michel Brière Memorial Trophy, CHL Top Scorer Award, CHL Humanitarian of the Year, and Guy Lafleur Trophy, Gamache moved up to professional hockey. He has played for the Atlanta Thrashers, Nashville Predators, and St. Louis Blues. He was playing for the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League last here. Gamache is now playing in the Swiss League with Sc Bern. So far so good for Simon 40pts (12 goal 28 helpers) in 27 games, rank 2nd in scoring. That allow him to have the top scorer jersey and helmet. In the Swiss League each top scorer of a team got a special jersey and a yellow helmet.
