Simon Balle

Simon Balle School is a secondary school located in Hertford, within the county of Hertfordshire. In the 2005/2006 academic year it had 1025 pupils attending. The current Headteacher is Alison Saunders.

Simon Balle was built in 1957, when pupils from a former London Road School called The Cowper Testimonial School were moved there. There were 200 pupils attending at that time, the number has increased in recent years.

Most recently it has gained an outstanding Ofsted report which puts its popular sixth form as the high point.
