Simkin (language)

Simkin is a scripting language that can be embedded in Java or C++ applications. It can be stored in a variety of file formats, including XML. It was invented by Simon Whiteside.
The language's name is based on Simon Whiteside's, 'Simkin' being a Victorian pet-name for 'Simon'.
The ManuScript language used by plug-ins for the Sibelius notation program is based on Simkin.
