Hmm... I have some suggestions that might help this article:

Breed Standard. I have completely removed this section, and simply added a link to the site it quotes in the external links. I feel, however, that some of the information could be put to use in the article.

Training. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but are there really obedience and assistant dogs of this breed? I'll be the first to admit that my experience with dogs of this type is severely limited, but... really? Recently, in a professionally-supervised prison dog-training program I was vaguely involved with, a man spent six weeks teaching a greyhound to sit. That's it- sit. Also, if what I gathered is correct, this isn't all that unusual. If these dogs are different in general though, feel free to consider me ignorant....

The pictures. Everybody loves their favored breed, but unfortunately, Wikipedia isn't a photo album. There are a lot of pictures here! I believe the captions would be much more helpful if they pointed out a particular coloring, marking, physical trait, or event/ability, rather than simply the dogs' names. I have deleted most of the captions and a few pictures, but it would be better if someone else who actually knows the breed tweaks this area. (Maybe some pics of the dogs simply playing or sleeping?)

For reference, look at the pages for Labs, Golden Retrievers, and Great Danes (among most of the other highly popular dog breeds) for in my opinion, good use and variety of pictures. Just keep in mind most of the people who look at this article are going to know next to nothing about the breed, and need everything laid out in a "for-dummies" manner. ^_~ -Sarranduin 22:21, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
