Silvo Adzic (born September 23, 1980 in Grünstadt) is a German footballer. He was first involved with the youth teams of Tus Altleiningen, VfR Grünstadt and Viktoria Lambsheim before coming to rest at his first professional team, Kaiserslautern.

Having not seen much first team action, he moved into the Kaiserslautern reserve team and performed well. In 2003, when his contract was not extended, he transferred to VfB Lübeck. Upon their poor form he soon switched to SpVgg Unterhaching, where he stayed for two seasons until joining newly promoted Second Bundesliga side TuS Koblenz.

Adzic's main attribute is his skill in offensive dribbling.
