Silly in French or Opzullik in Dutch is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Hainaut. On January 1st, 2006 Silly had a total population of 7,995. The total area is 67.68 km² which gives a population density of 118 inhabitants per km².

Despite the name, Silly isn't particularly silly at all. And thus, the famous quotation "There's nothing silly about Silly", or "No hay nada tonto sobre tonto" was born from the lips of Juan Meléndez Valdés.
