Silent Rage

Silent Rage is a 1982 action/science fiction/horror movie starring Chuck Norris, Ron Silver, Toni Kalem, Brian Libby, and Steven Keats. The film is directed by Michael Miller.

In a small Texas town, a man who has mental problems named John Kirby ends up going insane and kills two people, one of them being his wife. The police come and Sheriff Dan Stevens manages to deal with Kirby, but he breaks loose of his cuffs and hits the other officers and grabs the gun and John is shot. John is not dead but is wounded really bad, and is near death.

At an institute where John Kirby's Doctor, Dr. Tom Halman, and the other two doctors Halman work with, Dr. Phillip Spires and Dr. Paul, are doctors and genetic engineers try to save John Kirby. Phil suggests that they use their formula they created to save him, but Dr. Halman has objections cause of how psychotic John Kirby is, Phil decides Halman is right. As soon as Holman leaves, Phil goes ahead to use the formula, regardless of the consequences. The formula they created makes John Kirby invunerable. John Kirby ends up killing more people.

Sheriff Dan Stevens and his deputy named Charlie have their work cut out for them.
