Sigurd Rushfeldt

Sigurd Rushfeldt (born December 11, 1972 in Vadsø) is a Norwegian football player who currently plays for Tromsø I.L..

He returned to Tromsø I.L., the club he left in 1996, in July of 2006, after having spent some seasons playing for Rosenborg B.K., Racing de Santander and FK Austria Wien. In Tromsø, he is paired up in front with former team-mate Ole Martin Årst, who also enjoyed a career as a professional player outside of Norway before he returned to Tromsø some years earlier.

Rushfeldt's previous clubs include Rosenborg B.K.(twice), Racing de Santander, Birmingham City, IL Norild and Vadsø Turn. He has also played over 30 games for the Norwegian national team.
