Nestled on the Palmer College of Chiropractic campus in Davenport, Iowa and was led by the first lady of Chiropractic, Mabel Heath Palmer, D.C. until her death in 1949. Her daughter-in-law, Agnes High Palmer was then deemed Supreme Kiatrus and upon passing, appointed Dr. Glenda Foy to her position.

Sigma Phi Chi serves as a support network and chiropractic resource, an avenue for professional and personal growth, and as a tight knit network of friends for women of the chiropractic profession. Our current focus includes community charity service, chiropractic and personal development from the women's point of view, chiropractic philosophy and technique, and new practice strategies above and beyond what is offered at Palmer College of Chiropractic.
