Sigave

Sigavé (also Singave) is one of the three official chiefdoms of the French territory of Wallis and Futuna, which is encompasses the western third (30 out of 83 km²) of Futuna Island. The total area of the chiefdom is 30 km², with a population of 1880, in six villages, as of the census of July 22, 2003. The capital and largest village is Leava (pop. 480).
