Sietland is a Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Cuxhaven, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approx. 20 km southeast of Cuxhaven. Its seat is in the village Ihlienworth.

The Samtgemeinde Sietland consists of the following municipalities:

  • Ihlienworth
  • Odisheim
  • Steinau
  • Wanna
