The Siege of Saleucami is a fictional conflict of the Clone Wars in the Dark Horse comics, and is shown ending in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

The Battle of Saleucami started when a Morgukai cloning facility was discovered by Jedi Master Tholme and Aayla Secura. The Confederacy of Independent Systems were planning to create an army of Nikto Morgukai clones based on Nikto Bok to match up to the Clone Army.

A multiple battalion taskforce led by Oppo Rancisis and Quinlan Vos blockaded the planet with Star Destroyers and had to prevent any of the clones from getting offworld.

Some time during the battle, Jedi turned Separatist Sora Bulq attacked and struck down Rancisis. He was later killed by Jedi Quinlan Vos, who became Count Dooku's assistant but defected back. His body was left to burn in the explosion of a Saleucami facility.

The Galactic Republic had become victorious, and Vos moved his troops to Boz Pity.

[edit] Order 66

As soon as Saleucami fell to the Republic, most of the Jedi immediately disembarked to other planets. However, High General Stass Allie remained with her 91st Reconnaissance Corps to clean out any remaining pockets of resistance. She, Commander Neyo and a lieutenant mounted speeder bikes and began scouting the area. It was then that Neyo received Order 66. He and his wingman fell back and took aim at Stass Allie's speeder bike. They blasted it and it was destroyed under her, the fuel causing a massive explosion killing her instantly. Neyo returned to the basecamp successful.

[edit] Aftermath

The Galactic Empire completely won the battle after Darth Vader gave the Trade Federation orders to shut down the Droid Army.
