Siddharth Anand (also known as Siddharth Raj Anand) is an Indian film director.

He is the son of film producer Bittu Anand who produced the Amitabh Bachchan starrer, Shahenshah. Siddharth's grandfather was Indra Raj Anand, a screenwriter who wrote 120 films including Safar, Sangam and Ek Duje Ke Liye. Siddharth is also the nephew of a prominent Hindi film artiste, Tinnu Anand.

Siddharth is currently one of the six directors working for Yashraj Films, owned by director and producer Yash Chopra.

Siddharth started off his film career by assisting director Rahul Rawail for his film Kuch Khathi Kuch Meethi, that starred Kajol. He then co-wrote the 2004 hit Hum Tum along with Kunal Kohli and also worked as an executive producer and associate director on the film.

At the age of 27, Siddharth made his directorial debut with Salaam Namaste, starring Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta. The film was one of the biggest hits of 2005 and its success helped Siddharth establish himself as a young but determined and capable director in the Hindi film industry.

Siddharth has now started filming his next directorial venture, tentatively titled, Tara Rum Pum to be produced by Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra. The film will star Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji and will be first shot in Mumbai and then in the United States in the second half of 2006.
