Standard Installation and Division Personnel Reporting System (SIDPERS) - is the main database for the United States Army National Guard. There are many applications within the J1 Arena, but most are directly related to the SIDPERS database.

The current platform is an Oracle 9i database with Oracle Forms. Updating of the database is through a telnet application. Not later than December of 2006, the SIDPERS database will be migrated to Oracle 10g with a web interface.
